We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining products, generating sales, maintaining product displays, and supporting promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, quality, benefits, pricing and offers to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable fruits, vegetables, dry fruits, bakery products, healthy foods and other store products.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Promote membership cards, special offers and ongoing promotional schemes.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper arrangement of products.
- Check product availability and coordinate with the inventory team when required.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support promotional campaigns at schools, gyms, hospitals, offices and other locations.
- Maintain good communication and professional behaviour with customers and team members.
- Collect customer feedback and report significant issues to the supervisor/manager.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper grooming while on duty.




- Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.

Eligibility

- Education: Graduate preferred / mandatory as per company requirement.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Positive customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of sales and retail operations.
- Presentable personality and professional behaviour.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Salary may vary based on experience, skills and performance.

- Shift-based working as per store requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
