English High School & Middle School Teacher

Job Description

Innovera School is looking for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher for the High School and Middle School sections. The candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to create an engaging learning workplace for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach English Language and Literature to Middle School and High School students.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lesson plans as per the curriculum.
- Conduct classroom activities that encourage student participation and learning.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, projects, and examinations.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in school events, meetings, training programs, and parent interactions.




- Maintain academic records and reports as required by the school.

Required Qualifications

- B.A. / M.A. in English
- B.Ed. / M.Ed. (Preferred)
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong classroom management and student handling skills.
- Experience in CBSE curriculum will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Passionate about teaching and student development.
- Able to conduct interactive and activity-based learning sessions.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
