Job Description

Just Coconut Labs is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive to join our team.

The role involves managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, updating product and business data, maintaining records, and assisting customers through online chat support.

This is a full-time work-from-home position. Employees must remain logged in and available for work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on working days.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update product and business data accurately
- Upload and update products, prices, categories and related information
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets and online records
- Handle customer queries through chat
- Provide clear and professional customer support
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team
- Verify data and correct errors when identified
- Complete assigned operational tasks within deadlines
- Coordinate with the internal team through WhatsApp and other communication platforms
- Assist with routine e-commerce and online store operations
- Remain available and responsive throughout assigned working hours

Working Hours & Attendance

- Working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- One day off per week
- Weekly off will be scheduled based on operational requirements
- This is a full-time work-from-home position




- Login during the complete working period is mandatory
- Employees are expected to remain available and responsive during working hours
- Attendance and login timings may be monitored
- Planned leave or absence should be informed in advance

Requirements

- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive typing and data-entry skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Comfortable using websites and online software
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Malayalam communication skills preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Responsible and punctual
- Reliable internet connection
- Own laptop or desktop computer
- Ability to work independently from home
- Ability to follow fixed working hours
