Dear Candidate,

We are looking for ETP Operator for our client located at Khopoli, Maharashtra. We are MVR machinery manufacturer based on coimbatore. Freshers are also welcome to apply for this position. Training, food, and accommodation will be given by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- System Operations: Start up, regulate, and shut down evaporator systems safely in the correct sequence.
- Process Monitoring: Track critical metrics like steam pressure, temperatures, vacuum levels, flow rates, and feed/discharge concentrations using control panels or gauges.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix routine operational problems like scaling, foaming, or pressure drops.
- Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform preventive upkeep on pumps, valves, and heat exchangers, and execute Clean-In-Place (CIP) sanitation cycles.
- Compliance & Logging: Record hourly readings and maintain logs for feed input, recovery rates, downtime, and environmental safety norms.

Qualifications & Skills:





- Education: High school diploma/degree or equivalent. Technical or chemical trade background is also preferred.
- Technical Aptitude: Understanding of industrial fluid processes, mechanical troubleshooting, and reading schematics or standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Safety & Compliance: Strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA/EHS guidelines, and environmental discharge policies.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long shifts, perform basic manual tasks, and lift equipment parts.
