We're looking for a detail-driven Credit Analyst to join our team and play a key role in evaluating creditworthiness and managing risk across our lending portfolio. You'll be the person behind the numbers — digging into financial documents, spotting red flags, and helping the business make smart, confident lending decisions. What You'll Do

- Review loan and credit applications to assess borrower eligibility and risk
- Analyze credit reports to evaluate payment history, credit utilization, and overall financial health
- Examine bank statements to verify income, cash flow, and financial stability
- Review lease agreements to assess obligations, terms, and their impact on creditworthiness
- Prepare and interpret risk reports to support lending decisions and portfolio monitoring
- Conduct borrower searches to verify identity, background, and financial history
- Evaluate appraisal reports to confirm asset values align with loan terms and risk exposure
- Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers,



and management to communicate findings and recommendations
- Maintain accurate, organized documentation in compliance with company policy and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and pattern recognition
- Ability to interpret complex financial documents quickly and accurately
- Solid understanding of credit risk principles (experience preferred, not always required)
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Clear written and verbal communication skills — you'll need to explain your findings to others
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong organizational habits
- Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
