Job Description- Senior Front-End & API Developer (T3) • Senior Full Stack Java Front End developer Github Copilot + Python expertise is mandatory .We are seeking a Senior Front-End & API Developer with strong expertise in modern web application development and practical backend API engineering. This role will design and build responsive user experiences, reusable components, integration APIs, and lightweight orchestration services that connect enterprise systems, execute approved pipelines and automation tasks, integrate AI agents, and present data from multiple sources. The role requires hands-on engineering, secure design, architectural thinking, and close collaboration with product, backend, platform, and security teams. Key Responsibilities: Front-End Software Development • Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, responsive, and modular web applications using up-to-date JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks. • Build reusable components, shared user-interface patterns, workflow-driven forms, dashboards, status views, and task-execution experiences. • Translate business and operational requirements into intuitive user journeys with clear validation, progress, error, approval, and recovery states. • Implement accessibility, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility in line with enterprise standards. • Optimize client-side performance using effective state management, caching, code splitting, telemetry, and continuous performance measurement. API Development & Enterprise Integration • Design and build secure RESTful APIs and backend-for-frontend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask. • Create controlled API wrappers and orchestration endpoints that invoke approved CI/CD pipelines, automation jobs, runbooks, and long-running tasks. • Integrate web applications with enterprise data sources, cloud services, identity platforms, ticketing systems, automation tools, and internal APIs. • Implement asynchronous execution patterns, callbacks, polling, webhooks, and real-time status updates for long-running processes. • Define and maintain OpenAPI specifications, versioning, validation, error contracts, idempotency behavior, and integration documentation. • Collaborate with backend engineers on service boundaries, API contracts, data models, security controls, and integration patterns. AI, Generative AI & Agent Integration • Integrate enterprise-approved AI agents and copilots into web applications, guided workflows, decision-support capabilities, and task-execution experiences. • Build secure interfaces and API adapters for agent tool calling, streamed responses, citations, user feedback, escalation, and human approval checkpoints. • Apply permission-aware context, data protection, prompt-injection defenses, and user confirmation before impactful AI-assisted actions. • Instrument AI interactions for quality evaluation, latency, cost,



traceability, and user feedback without exposing confidential data. Security, Quality & Reliability • Implement enterprise authentication and authorization using SSO, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, role-based access control, and permission-aware experiences. • Protect web applications and APIs against cross-site scripting, request forgery, injection, insecure dependencies, and secrets exposure. • Build unit, component, integration, contract, and end-to-end automated tests with meaningful quality gates. • Implement structured logging, distributed tracing, metrics, client telemetry, and actionable error handling across browser and API components. • Participate in code reviews, threat modeling, design reviews, production support, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement. DevOps & Agile Delivery • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for web applications and APIs using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent tooling. • Package and deploy solutions using cloud-native services, containers, and infrastructure-as-code in collaboration with platform engineers. • Break requirements into user stories and technical tasks with transparent acceptance criteria, estimates, test coverage, and operational readiness expectations. • Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement with cross-functional teams. Required Technical Skills & Tools: Front-End Engineering • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with strong experience in React; experience with Next.js, Angular, or an equivalent framework is valuable. • Strong understanding of component architecture, state management, routing, form handling, data visualization, responsive design, and design systems. • Experience with accessible web development, preferably aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA or later guidance. • Hands-on experience with front-end testing tools such as Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright. • Working knowledge of browser performance profiling, web security, and client-side observability. API & Integration Engineering • Strong hands-on experience with Python and an API framework such as FastAPI, Django REST Framework, or Flask. • Strong knowledge of REST, JSON, OpenAPI, authentication, authorization, pagination, rate limiting, caching, API gateways, and secure API design. • Experience integrating asynchronous and event-driven services using queues, events, webhooks, background workers, or serverless functions. • Experience consuming, validating,



and normalizing data from multiple APIs and presenting stable contracts to web applications. Cloud, AI & Engineering Platforms • Hands-on development experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS services for application hosting, API management, serverless execution, messaging, identity, monitoring, and secrets management. • Experience integrating LLM- or agent-based services through secure APIs, tool/function calling, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) is preferred. • Working knowledge of containers, Git, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, dependency management, and software supply-chain security. • Hands-on use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot for development, refactoring, testing, and documentation, with rigorous review of generated code. Relationships and engagement: Builds strong engagement with internal teams and stakeholders by leading technical discussions, clarifying requirements and dependencies, managing incidents and escalations, and driving problem resolution. Actively contributes to knowledge sharing, lessons learned, engineering standards, and continuous improvement through stakeholder feedback. Job Qualifications & Experience Education: • Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may be considered. Experience • More than 05 years of software development experience, including substantial delivery of modern enterprise web applications. • Demonstrated experience building both front-end applications and production APIs or backend-for-frontend services. • Experience delivering authenticated, role-based workflows and integrations in a cloud-hosted enterprise environment. • Experience supporting production applications through monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, and iterative improvement. • Experience integrating automation pipelines, AI-enabled capabilities, or task-execution workflows is strongly preferred. Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: • Microsoft Azure Developer Associate, AWS Developer, or an equivalent cloud developer certification will be preferred. • Relevant secure-development, accessibility, React/TypeScript, Python, or AI engineering certification.
