Core Responsibilities

- System Monitoring: Watch system dashboards, consoles, and logs for errors, performance warnings, or failures.
- Batch Processing: Run, schedule, and manage nightly updates or data processing jobs according to production schedules.
- Backups and Recovery: Oversee daily backup operations and verify data integrity to prevent information loss.
- Hardware Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment like printers and resolve basic peripheral issues.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose software and hardware malfunctions, and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
- User Support: Answer user inquiries, track incident logs, and assist internal or external clients with technical requests.

Key Skills and Qualifications





- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with operating systems (such as Windows, Linux, or UNIX) and monitoring tools.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in handling sensitive logs, system commands, and error codes.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly diagnose and respond to system crashes or job failures.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, often supplemented by certifications or training in information systems.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
