Qualified Company Secretary (ACS/FCS) with relevant post-qualification experience of minimum 5* – 10 years. Listed Company / IPO experience (as part of team)*
preferred. 1.: Ensure end-to-end compliance with SEBI regulations, including LODR, Insider Trading Regulations, and other applicable securities laws. Coordinate with stock exchanges, depositories, RTA and regulatory authorities for timely filings and disclosures. IPO experience (as part of team) will be an added advantage.
2.: Handle statutory filings with MCA, stock exchanges and other regulators, monitor compliance calendars, and ensure timely submission of periodic returns, disclosures and certifications.
3. Liaise with internal stakeholders,
statutory auditors, Internal auditors, secretarial auditors and regulators, provide governance and compliance advisory to business teams, and assist in implementing best practices in corporate governance and compliance.
4. To ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and Secretarial Standards.
5.To support with due diligence exercises undertaken from time to time. 6.Ensuring compliance with Company’s ESG framework.
Pay: ₹111,128.24 - ₹150,000.64 per month
