Job Roles & Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and configure laboratory diagnostic equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Calibrate instruments to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Train laboratory staff on equipment operation and routine maintenance.
- Maintain service reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure timely service and high satisfaction.
- Support product demonstrations and installations when required.
- Travel within the assigned territory to provide onsite technical support.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent technical knowledge may apply.




- Candidates with relevant field experience will be preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the laboratory diagnostics field.
- Candidates with a Hematology equipment handling background will be given preference.
- Experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of laboratory equipment is highly desirable.
