Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Land Manager to manage land identification, acquisition, documentation, and liaisoning for renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and assess suitable land parcels for solar/wind projects.
- Manage land acquisition, leasing, and negotiation with landowners.
- Coordinate land surveys, title verification, and documentation.
- Handle land records, mutations, agreements, registrations, and related paperwork.
- Coordinate with government departments, local authorities, and landowners.
- Resolve land-related issues and disputes.
- Maintain complete records of acquired/leased land parcels.
- Coordinate with legal, technical, and project teams for timely land acquisition.
- Travel to project locations as required.

Requirements:

- 5–10 years of experience in land acquisition/land management,



preferably in solar, wind, or infrastructure projects.
- Good knowledge of local land laws, revenue records, and registration processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience dealing with landowners, government officials, and local authorities.
- Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
