ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Search Engine Manager at CryptoMize you will work as the senior specialist on the desk, improving and increasing the visibility of our websites and business profile.



You are responsible for the optimisation of all internal processes related to search — because a desk that rediscovers its own method every quarter is a desk that loses rankings to one that does not.

Standards are a standing duty: the manager holds the technical bar — crawlability, indexation, structured data, performance — in partnership with engineering, and owns the review that keeps every search-facing change up to it. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of technical SEO best practices and a high-level understanding of the search engines being managed and their optimisation techniques.

Managers here also carry the crisis seat: when an algorithm update moves a property, the diagnosis, the remediation plan, and the client conversation all belong to this desk. The managers whose properties recover fastest are the ones promoted first.
