Generalist Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly adaptable and enthusiastic Generalist Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on exposure across different business functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.

This role will provide an opportunity to work with different teams and support a variety of operational, research, coordination, documentation, and project-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support different departments with day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
- Assist with research, documentation, data management, and coordination tasks.
- Work on multiple assignments across different business functions as required.
- Conduct basic market, competitor, and industry research.
- Assist in internal projects and special assignments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with different teams to support smooth execution of activities.
- Learn and adapt to new processes, tools, and responsibilities quickly.
- Proactively identify tasks that require attention and take ownership of assigned work.
- Manage changing priorities while maintaining quality and timelines.

Eligibility:

- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates pursuing or having completed BBA, B.Com, BMS, BA, MBA, or other relevant graduate programs may apply.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Noida.
- Candidates who are flexible and interested in gaining exposure to multiple business functions are preferred.
