The organization operates in a manufacturing environment where timely availability of raw materials, effective inventory management, supplier coordination, production planning and on-time dispatch are critical to business operations.

Job Purpose

The SCM qualified will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end supply chain activities of GenX PV, including material planning, procurement coordination, vendor management, inventory control, warehouse coordination, logistics and timely availability of materials for uninterrupted production.

The role will work closely with Purchase, PPC, Production, Quality, Stores, Finance, Sales and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth material flow from suppliers to production and finished goods movement to customers.

A. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Supply Chain Planning

- Develop and monitor material supply plans based on production requirements and customer demand.
- Coordinate with PPC and Production teams for daily, weekly and monthly material requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, consumables and packing materials.




- Identify material shortages and take corrective action to avoid production stoppages.
- Monitor supply chain risks and develop alternate sourcing plans for critical materials.

B. Procurement & Purchase Coordination

- Coordinate with the Purchase team for timely procurement of required materials.
- Prepare and monitor Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Follow up with suppliers regarding order confirmation, delivery schedules and pending materials.
- Ensure procurement is aligned with approved specifications, quantities and delivery requirements.
- Support cost-control and cost-reduction initiatives.

C. Vendor Management

- Identify and coordinate with existing and potential suppliers.
- Monitor vendor performance relating to quality, cost and delivery.
- Maintain supplier performance records and vendor evaluation reports.
- Follow up on delayed deliveries and critical material requirements.
- Coordinate with Quality for supplier-related quality issues and corrective actions.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
