SPACES is a design-led architectural lighting firm that works closely with architects, interior designers, and clients to create thoughtful and well-integrated lighting solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

We are looking for Architects who are interested in lighting, design-led projects, client interaction, and coordination-oriented roles within our Business Development team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Architect to join our Business Development team and support client interactions, project discussions, and coordination activities. The role focuses on understanding project requirements, presenting lighting concepts and products, coordinating with the design team, and maintaining smooth communication with clients, architects, and interior designers throughout different stages of the project.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with clients, architects, interior designers, and consultants to understand project requirements.
- Present lighting concepts, fixture options, and overall design intent to clients and project teams.
- Coordinate internally with the design team to translate requirements into drawings and layouts.
- Manage follow-ups, design clarifications,



and day-to-day project coordination.
- Prepare meeting notes, coordination updates, and related communication documentation.
- Attend meetings and site visits for project discussions and coordination.
- Support the Business Development team in maintaining client relationships and project communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 5 years of experience may apply.
- Positive communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of architectural drawings and layouts.
- Strong grasping ability
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kadavanthara, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
