Position: Commi Chef – Pastry & Bakery
Location: Fieno, Colaba, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of breads, focaccia, sourdough, desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and plating specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the pastry section.
- Support mise en place, inventory control, and ingredient storage.
- Ensure consistent quality and timely production for restaurant service and events.

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in a pastry, bakery, or hotel kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of bread baking, pastry techniques, and dessert preparation.
- Passion for Italian cuisine and artisanal baking.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced team environment.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.

Salary: As per experience and skill level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
