About the Role

Gotech Digi is looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Content Creator who can create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with content ideas, scripting, shooting, Reels and basic video editing.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos and social media content.
- Develop creative content ideas based on current trends and audience interests.
- Write short scripts, captions and hooks for Reels and videos.
- Shoot videos using a smartphone/camera.
- Coordinate with the team for content shoots.
- Edit short-form videos and Reels.
- Follow trending formats, sounds and social media trends.
- Create content that improves engagement and brand visibility.
- Assist in planning weekly social media content.
- Maintain consistency in brand style and communication.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in Content Creation / Social Media / Reels.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with strong understanding of social media trends.
- Comfortable appearing in videos when required.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar.




- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Ability to write creative hooks, captions and basic scripts.
- Good sense of visuals, storytelling and trending content.

Candidates with a portfolio, Instagram page or previous Reels/videos are preferred.

Important

This is a creative, hands-on content role. The candidate should be comfortable with ideation + scripting + shooting + Reels/video creation.

Candidates interested only in graphic designing, SEO or digital marketing are not suitable for this position.

Location Preference

Candidates from Naraina, Naraina Vihar, Mayapuri, Kirti Nagar, Rajouri Garden, Patel Nagar, Punjabi Bagh and nearby areas will be preferred.

Candidates should be comfortable travelling to Naraina Vihar, New Delhi for Work From Office.
