Subject: Hiring – Fleet Management Supervisor

We are looking for a Fleet Management Supervisor to manage and coordinate day-to-day fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage loading and unloading operations.
- Handle driver management, attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, hygiene, and overall condition.
- Track fuel consumption and maintain regular fuel updates.
- Manage EV vehicle charging and charging schedules.
- Plan and coordinate daily delivery routes.
- Monitor drivers and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with the driver team and provide operational assistance.
- Follow up daily with the fleet management team on vehicle and delivery status.
- Maintain daily operational records and reports.

Requirements:

- Experience in fleet/logistics/transport management preferred.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage drivers and handle day-to-day operational challenges.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and EV operations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month
