We are seeking an experienced, high-performing, and dynamic Assistant Manager – Sales & Operations to lead our immigration consulting team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue targets, managing a team of Immigration Consultants, and ensuring high lead-to-client conversions. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of handling and motivating a target-driven sales team.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management & Leadership:

- Lead & Mentor: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of Immigration Consultants to ensure they achieve individual and collective monthly conversion targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Review daily call volumes, lead follow-ups, pipelines, and conversion ratios; conduct regular team performance reviews.
- Process Compliance: Oversee documentation and ensure the team adheres to strict compliance guidelines for global immigration applications.

Sales & Australia Subclass Operations:

- High-Value Conversions: Personally handle premium client profiles, complex cases, and final-stage closures to maximize branch revenue.
- Pipeline Management: Drive strategic lead distribution, follow-up mechanisms,



and client-retention strategies to optimize target achievements.
- Post-Sales Support: Supervise case handovers to the documentation/processing team, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth application journeys.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Field Experience: Mandatory 4+ years of direct experience in Sales.
- Team Handling: Proven experience of at least 1–2 years successfully managing or supervising a target-driven sales team (Immigration, Premium Sales, Banking/Insurance, or High-End Automobile Showrooms).
- Location & Work Mode: Based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore for a 100% full time, in-person office role.
- Skills: Authoritative command over English and Tamil. Exceptional negotiation, closing, and relationship-management skills.
- Mindset: Highly target-driven, resilient, and capable of functioning effectively under pressure.

Preferred Skills

- Strong network within the immigration or premium sales landscape in Coimbatore.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
