Profile: HR Executive – Blue Collar Recruitment & Onboarding

Company: Macpower CNC Machines Ltd.
Location: Metoda GIDC, Rajkot
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA – HR preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle blue-collar recruitment for Operators, Technicians, Helpers, Fitters, Welders, Machinists, Apprentices, etc.
- Source manpower through local references, ITI institutes, contractors, agencies, walk-ins and job fairs.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate technical/trade tests.
- Manage candidate follow-up and joining process.
- Complete joining formalities, document collection and employee records.
- Conduct new employee induction and onboarding.
- Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements and joining.
- Maintain recruitment and onboarding MIS.

Required Skills





- Experience in blue-collar/manufacturing recruitment.
- Good local manpower sourcing network.
- Robust communication, follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR documentation and onboarding.

Working Details
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
