Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, maintaining service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and leading the F&B; team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Supervise and guide F&B; Captains, Stewards, Hostess, and other service staff.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor restaurant opening, closing, and daily operational procedures.
- Ensure proper table setup, service sequence, grooming, and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Assist in managing restaurant inventory, stock, and wastage control.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and POS procedures.
- Prepare duty rosters and coordinate staff deployment.
- Conduct staff briefings and provide on-the-job training.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, FSSAI guidelines, and safety standards.




- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving revenue and operational targets.
- Maintain daily reports and communicate operational updates to management.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a hotel or premium restaurant is preferred.
