Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (In-hand)

Job Description:

We are hiring Tele Counsellors for a domestic outbound calling role. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining course details, generating leads, and encouraging interested candidates to attend career counselling sessions.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students.
- Explain course details and provide relevant information.
- Generate leads and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Encourage interested candidates to attend career counselling sessions.
- Maintain communication with prospective students.




- Achieve assigned calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of outbound tele-calling experience.
- 12th Pass with result in hand / Undergraduate / Graduate.
- Age: 18–34 years.
- Male and Female candidates can apply.
- Fluency in Kannada, English and Tamil is required.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in telesales, tele-calling, education counselling, or admissions counselling will be an advantage.
