Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and technical-minded Fresher Field Network Engineer to join our technical operations team. This is an entry-level position where you will work directly on customer sites, client offices, and data centers. You will be responsible for physical network equipment setup, structured cabling, initial hardware configurations, and L1 network troubleshooting under the guidance of senior engineers.

Location-Pune

Job Description :





· Troubleshooting: Basic troubleshooting and guidance to customers

· Network configuration , basic knowledge about LAN and WAN connectivity.

· Network performance: Establishing and maintaining network performance

· Networking domain - Cable console and Putty Knowledge.

· Network layers: Working knowledge of networking layers, such as the OSI model

· Need to visit client side for any escalation

· Routing protocols: Working and troubleshooting on routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF, and static route.

· Field Work Mandatory as per project requirement.

· Travelling allowance will be provided.
