Operations Executive

About the Role

Neomaxer is looking for an Operations Executive to manage travel bookings, coordinate with suppliers, prepare travel plans, and ensure seamless customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about travel.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare customized travel planners and itineraries based on customer requirements.
- Manage hotel, flight, transfer, and attraction bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport partners, and destination suppliers.
- Assist customers with travel-related queries and booking support.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
- Maintain accurate booking records and operational reports.
- Work closely with sales and customer experience teams to ensure smooth trip execution.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience in travel operations, hospitality, customer support,



or a similar role.
- Strong communication, coordination, and itinerary planning skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple travel requests simultaneously.
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred

- Experience in travel, hospitality, or OTA operations.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Familiarity with itinerary creation and travel planning.
