We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to supervise the housekeeping team and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
- Allocate rooms, floors, and cleaning duties to housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and proper maintenance.
- Ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared according to hotel standards.
- Monitor housekeeping staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and hotel SOPs.
- Maintain adequate stock of linen, cleaning materials, and housekeeping supplies.
- Coordinate with the Front Office regarding room status, check-ins, check-outs, and special guest requirements.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and repair requirements to the concerned department.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Monitor lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping checklists, inspection reports, and other required records.




- Handle guest housekeeping requests and resolve routine complaints professionally.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality environment.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, room cleaning, linen management, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a housekeeping team.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant housekeeping experience, preferably with supervisory experience in a hotel or resort.
