About the Role

We are looking for a Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) to support our client in the financial services sector. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding outstanding payments, assisting with recovery follow-ups, and maintaining professional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers regarding pending loan payments and outstanding dues.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and, where applicable, field visits.
- Explain repayment options and support timely payment collection.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recovery status.
- Follow company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with the internal recovery and operations teams.




- Handle customer queries professionally and respectfully.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience as a Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) in banking, NBFC, or financial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic financial recovery processes.
- Hindi or English language proficiency is acceptable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work toward recovery targets.
