O&M; EXECUTIVE – JOB DESCRIPTION

Department: Operations & Maintenance (O&M;)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Graduate / Relevant Technical Qualification

Job Summary

The O&M; Executive will be responsible for coordinating maintenance and operational activities, conducting site visits, following up on ongoing work, maintaining records, and coordinating between site teams, technicians, contractors, and management.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day O&M; activities.
- Conduct regular site visits for inspection and work follow-up.
- Visit customer/project sites as required.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, technicians, workers, and contractors.
- Monitor ongoing maintenance, installation, and repair work.
- Follow up on breakdowns, pending work, and site requirements.
- Record and report site issues to management.
- Prepare daily/weekly site visit and work-status reports.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, site visits, materials, and manpower.
- Coordinate the availability of required tools, spare parts, and materials.
- Follow up with Purchase and Stores for required materials.
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Purchase, and other departments when required.




- Check whether assigned work is completed as per instructions and schedule.
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities and completed work.
- Communicate customer/site requirements to the concerned department.
- Escalate delays, breakdowns, safety issues, and other important matters to management.
- Ensure proper follow-up until site-related issues are closed.
- Perform other O&M-related; duties assigned by management.

Requirements

- Willingness to travel for site visits.
- Ability to coordinate with workers, technicians, contractors, and customers.
- Basic understanding of industrial machinery and maintenance activities.
- Ability to maintain proper records and submit timely reports.
- Ability to handle multiple site-related tasks and follow-ups.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
