We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Client Relationship & Sales Executive to manage customer interactions, develop corporate business opportunities, and build strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to confidently interact with both individual customers and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and understand their requirements and queries.
- Provide customers with accurate information, guidance, and assistance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation.
- Identify potential corporate clients for B2B business development.
- Arrange and attend meetings with corporate clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and provide updates when required.
- Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports related to sales, leads, and client activities.
- Analyse sales and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Update online systems,



databases, and customer records regularly.
- Support basic office administration and coordination activities when required.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal and client discussions.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, client servicing, business development, or relationship management.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Comfortable with cold calling and B2B client interaction.
- Valuable negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Strong coordination and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and online systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
