Role Overview

F2C Tiles and Bath is looking for an organized, hands-on Dispatch Manager to oversee the timely and accurate delivery of tiles, sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, and accessories. The role involves coordinating warehouse teams, drivers, transport providers, and sales staff to ensure orders reach customers safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan daily dispatch schedules based on confirmed orders, stock availability, customer requirements, and delivery locations.
- Verify product codes, quantities, sizes, shades, and batch numbers before dispatch, particularly for tile orders.
- Supervise picking, packing, loading, and dispatch activities to prevent errors, shortages, and damage.
- Ensure fragile and heavy products are packed, handled, and secured appropriately.
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to confirm order readiness and resolve discrepancies before loading.




- Allocate vehicles and drivers, optimize delivery routes, and manage transport costs.
- Ensure delivery notes, invoices, proof of delivery, and other required documents are accurate and complete.
- Track deliveries, communicate delays, and resolve delivery issues promptly.
- Coordinate returns, damaged goods, rejected deliveries, and replacement shipments with the relevant teams.
- Maintain dispatch records and monitor delivery performance, loading accuracy, breakages, and transport expenses.
- Train and supervise dispatch staff, loaders, and drivers, ensuring secure working practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
