Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage programmes, semesters and course shells
- Create/manage student and faculty accounts
- Manage course enrolments
- Configure roles and permissions
- Upload and organise approved learning resources
- Configure assignments, quizzes and LMS activities as required
- Support live-class integrations
- Manage class recordings
- Conduct LMS readiness checks before launches
- Monitor platform access/activity
- Troubleshoot student and faculty issues
- Support Student Support in resolving technical tickets
- Generate LMS reports and data exports
- Coordinate technical issues with vendors
- Support integrations, upgrades and testing
- Maintain LMS SOPs and documentation




- Ensure LMS setup reflects approved academic requirements

Qualification:

Master’s / Postgraduate in any discipline

Experience:

- 2–4 years hands-on LMS/learning-technology experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
