POSITION OVERVIEW

Soni Officemate is looking for a detail oriented Ecommerce & Quick Commerce Operations Executive to manage high volume order processing and dispatch across platforms on ecommerce. This role is critical to ensuring fast dispatch, platform compliance, and zero operational errors in a high speed environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Platform Order Processing

- Process daily orders from all portals
- Ensure SKU mapping, quantities, and platform specific requirements are accurate
- Maintain platform wise order tracking and status updates

Quick Commerce Operations

- Handle time sensitive order flow for Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit
- Coordinate with warehouse for rapid picking and dispatch
- Ensure strict adherence to platform SLAs and cut off times

Dispatch & Logistics

- Generate shipping labels and coordinate with courier partners
- Ensure same day or next day dispatch as per platform requirements
- Track pending orders and escalate delays immediately

Shipment Tracking & Issue Resolution

- Monitor deliveries, delays, and NDR cases
- Coordinate reattempts and reduce RTO %
- Resolve platform related issues quickly to avoid penalties

Returns & Exceptions

- Manage returns, cancellations, and reverse logistics
- Ensure proper handling and stock reconciliation

QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate (Commerce, Business, or related field)




- 0 to 2 years experience in ecommerce or quick commerce operations
- Basic knowledge of GST invoicing
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

WORKING HOURS & LOCATION

- Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (IST)
- Based at our Nagpur head office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
