Responsibilities-:Day to day Preventive Maintenance & corrective maintenance job planning & execution.

 Troubleshooting, Corrective Repairs & over hauling of rotary and static equipment’s (Valves,

Vacuum Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps, Compressor, Hydro-Pneumatic Power press).

 Have hands on Experience on :

o Elgi Screw Compressors

o Atlascopco Vacuum Pump

o Nitrogen Generating Plant

o Ammonia Dissociator Plant

 Execution of small projects including material arrangement, layout designing, and pipeline

fabrication.

 Improved reliability of equipment by maintaining failure history.

 Handling of calibration of Mechanical, Electrical & LAB Instruments(In-House & Third

party)

 Utility equipment’s servicing (Screw compressor, Reciprocating compressor, Vacuum Pump,

DM plant, Nitrogen Generating Plant, & Ammonia Dissociator).

 SAP- PM Module, Maintenance Order, Maintaining Inventory for Tools & machine parts.

 Faced Audit of ISO-13485.

 Solid Works Model & Tool Room work.
