Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to secure quality materials at competitive prices.
2. Identify and onboard reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain robust vendor relationships.
3. Optimize inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing carrying costs.
4. Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and pricing to drive cost savings initiatives. 5. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with product standards.
6. Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,290.13 - ₹96,057.48 per month
