We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager / Human Resources Head to manage the complete HR function of JBR Group of Companies. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment and talent acquisition, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR policies, statutory compliance and workforce planning. The role will involve coordinating with management and various departments to ensure effective manpower planning, employee discipline, productivity and a positive workplace environment. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, recruitment, payroll, employee engagement and compliance, with excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills. Experience in infrastructure, manufacturing, EPC, power, waste management, environmental services or multi-site operations will be preferred. 5–10+ years of relevant HR experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
