Are you passionate about flowers, décor, design and creating extraordinary event experiences?

Fragrance Flowerz is looking for talented, creative and detail-oriented Floral Designers to join our team and work on beautiful weddings, celebrations and luxury events.

FLORAL DESIGNER | PRESENTATION & EXECUTION

Your role:

DESIGN & PRESENTATION

- Create creative floral décor concepts for weddings and events
- Prepare professional design presentations and mood boards
- Develop floral concepts based on client requirements and event themes
- Select suitable flowers, colours, textures and décor elements
- Create layouts, reference images and visual presentations for proposals
- Coordinate with the team to convert concepts into practical designs

ON-SITE FLOWER EXECUTION

- Be present at event venues during setup and execution
- Supervise and execute floral décor as per approved designs
- Guide the floral production and décor team on-site
- Ensure flowers, installations and arrangements are executed with attention to detail
- Coordinate with vendors, production teams and venue staff
- Handle last-minute design changes and on-site requirements
- Ensure the final décor matches the approved presentation and maintains Fragrance Flowerz standards

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR





- Creative individuals with a solid eye for aesthetics
- Knowledge of flowers, floral arrangements and event décor
- Good understanding of colours, textures, proportions and design
- Proficiency in PowerPoint / Canva / Photoshop or other design software is an advantage
- Ability to create professional and visually appealing presentations
- Strong communication and team-management skills
- Willingness to travel to different event venues for execution
- Ability to work under pressure and manage event timelines
- Experience in weddings, events, floral décor or hospitality is preferred
- Freshers with exceptional creativity and the right attitude may also apply
