About the Role

SalVentureTech is looking for a motivated Junior SCADA Engineer with 2 years of hands-on experience to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems. You will work closely with senior engineers on automation projects across industrial and utility environments, and grow your skills on real-world control system projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the design, development, and configuration of SCADA systems and HMI screens

· Support PLC programming, testing, and troubleshooting

· Monitor and maintain SCADA network infrastructure, RTUs, and field instrumentation

· Perform data logging, alarm management, and trend analysis using SCADA software

· Assist with system integration between SCADA, PLCs, and other control system components

· Conduct routine testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance of SCADA hardware and software

· Troubleshoot communication protocol issues (Modbus, DNP3, OPC, etc.)

· Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, logic flowcharts, and reports

· Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation,



and IT teams for project execution

· Support commissioning and site acceptance testing (SAT/FAT) activities

· Follow safety protocols and industry standards during system operations

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering field

· 2 years of relevant experience working with SCADA systems

· Working knowledge of SCADA platforms such as Wonderware, WinCC, Ignition, iFIX, or similar

· Basic understanding of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.)

· Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC, Ethernet/IP)

· Understanding of control system architecture and instrumentation fundamentals

· Basic knowledge of networking concepts for industrial control systems

· Good analytical and troubleshooting skills

· Strong communication and teamwork abilities

· Willingness to travel to project and plant sites as required

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
