Job Description

We are looking for a Supervisor to coordinate and monitor day-to-day site activities, manpower, and work progress. The candidate will work closely with engineers, contractors, and project teams.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities and work execution.
- Monitor manpower and allocate work as required.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site personnel.
- Monitor work progress and report updates to the project team.
- Ensure work is carried out according to project requirements.
- Monitor site safety, quality, and work discipline.




- Maintain daily work reports and site records.
- Support engineers and project teams in completing activities on schedule.

Requirements

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME).
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in site supervision or project execution.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to coordinate manpower and site activities.
- Willingness to work at project/customer sites.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Knowledge of Hindi is preferred where required for communication with site teams or customers.
- Freshers with a relevant qualification may apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
