Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer / HSE Engineer with 5–6 years of experience in the solar/renewable energy industry to support safety and health requirements at our solar project site in the Kurnool region.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and site safety procedures.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure workers follow proper PPE and safety practices.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions and awareness sessions.
- Monitor safe working practices at the solar project site.
- Prepare and maintain HSE reports, checklists and safety documentation.
- Investigate and report incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to implement corrective actions.




- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain proper records of safety inspections, training and incidents.

Requirements

- 5–6 years of relevant HSE experience.
- Mandatory experience in Solar / Renewable Energy projects.
- Experience in handling site safety and manpower at project locations.
- Good knowledge of PPE, risk assessment, toolbox talks and safety procedures.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites in the Kurnool region.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
