We Are Hiring: BIM Manager / Project Manager (MEP)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated BIM Manager / Project Manager to lead and manage our Building Services (MEP) projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in MEP systems, BIM workflows, project coordination, and team leadership.

Key Requirements

- Comprehensive knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within the building services industry.
- Solid proficiency in BIM platforms and software, including:
- Revit
- Navisworks
- AutoCAD
- HAP
- Experience in MEP design will be considered a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and technical writing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the production, review, and verification of BIM models and construction drawings for multiple projects.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor work assignments across the BIM team to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and other design disciplines to maintain overall design integrity.
- Proactively identify, coordinate, and resolve multidisciplinary design and coordination challenges.
- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and establish project-specific BIM workflows and standards.
- Ensure compliance with BIM content standards, modeling protocols,



and development procedures.
- Prepare discipline-specific BIM models and content for BIM coordination and clash detection meetings.
- Utilize BIM tools and methodologies to streamline design coordination and project documentation processes.
- Lead the development and enhancement of discipline-specific BIM content, families, and project templates.
- Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and quality control to ensure project requirements are met.
- Support project teams with technical guidance, training, and best practices in BIM implementation.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in BIM management, project management, or BIM coordination within the MEP industry.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and project lifecycle management.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated expertise in project coordination, model management, and design documentation.
- Advanced knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools is essential.
