Manager- NeuRise Mission

NeuRise Mission program is focused on neurodiversity livelihoods and inclusion at work place. The role of the Manager involves – leading the execution and operations of different projects under this program. Actively participating in planning and strategy development for the program. Engaging with multiple stakeholders like, NGO leaders, trainers, employers at different levels, persons with neurodevelopmental disability/PwNDD (ASD, IDD, learning disability, ADHD, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, psychosocial disability), their families, companies. Work closely with Gov. bodies in different states for state wise NeuRise Mission chapters.

Key Responsibilities

● Closely work with the program lead and support in planning and designing different projects under this program.

● Operation execution for 3 different state wise NeuRise Mission Chapters

● Manage NGO collectives, working in the space of neurodevelopmental disabilities livelihoods across India. Maintaining the existing NGO network and bringing current NGOs. Work closely with NGO leaders.

● Manage a network of over NGO trainers from over 12 NGOs for different projects.

● Design training curriculum and training programs. Build capacity of NGO trainers towards building a suitable pool of suitable candidates for livelihoods.





● Design and facilitate sensitization workshops and engagements for companies towards neurodevelopmental disability inclusion.

● Planning different engagement activities between companies and NDD individuals, like company exposure visits, volunteering activities and other indoor and outdoors engagements.

● Work with companies to provide end to end support to include PWNDDs in their workforce by identifying and creating suitable job roles which can be done by PWNDDs, map the right person for the right role based on skill and aptitude, sensitize and support hiring managers and teams to ensure inclusion, performance and retention of the PwNDD employee/intern through postplacement support.

● Make processes to ensure smooth functioning of the program, making reports and documentations, and support team to meet funder commitments.

● Plan and conduct parent workshops and networking events.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
