Compliance Assurance Analyst

This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a solid interest in contract compliance, auditing, and documentation management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are accurately interpreted, communicated, and implemented while maintaining the highest standards of commercial compliance.

What Youll Be Doing

- Contract Compliance Management: Identify, document, and communicate client contractual requirements to internal stakeholders, ensuring all pre-engagement screening and onboarding processes are completed in accordance with client obligations.
- Contract Template Governance: Review and maintain contractor contract templates to ensure alignment with client terms, compliance requirements, and internal standards.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal audits of business activities, focusing on contractor pre-engagement screening, onboarding controls, and compliance processes.
- Compliance Documentation: Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation to demonstrate adherence to contractual and compliance requirements.
- Database Management: Maintain and update commercial compliance databases, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and appropriately recorded.
- Process Adherence: Follow established commercial compliance procedures to ensure consistency, quality, and reliability across all compliance activities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Assignment Support Teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
- Risk Mitigation: Support the identification and management of contractual risks through thorough document review and compliance monitoring.
- Administrative Support: Provide additional support and undertake other responsibilities as required to maintain high commercial compliance standards across the business.

What Were Looking For

- Educational Background: Hold a bachelors degree, with a law degree preferred, or possess equivalent relevant experience.
- Contractual Knowledge: Demonstrate experience interpreting contracts and identifying key client requirements and compliance obligations.
- Compliance Experience: Possess experience in contractual compliance, contract management, legal administration, or related commercial functions.
- Corporate Environment Exposure: Have at least two years of experience working within a corporate, professional services, or in-house environment.
- Contract Management Training: Completion of a contract management qualification or relevant legal studies would be advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in telephone and virtual stakeholder interactions.
- Organisation & Planning: Effectively prioritise workloads, manage deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
- Learning Agility: Quickly adapt to new processes and consistently apply procedures with accuracy.
- Documentation Management: Demonstrate experience maintaining accurate records, documentation,



and filing systems.
- Independent Working: Work effectively with minimal supervision while recognising when to seek guidance and support.
- Resilience: Remain composed and productive when operating within fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Display curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Database Knowledge: Experience using database management platforms such as SharePoint or similar systems would be beneficial.
- Systems Experience: Familiarity with CRM, onboarding, or workforce management systems such as Bullhorn or Bullhorn Back Office would be advantageous.
