About the Role

Renteel is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Property Operations Executive to oversee on-ground property management across our Short-Term Rentals (STRs) and Paying Guest (PG) units.

In this role, you will be the single point of contact for daily operations—ensuring top-tier cleanliness, smooth guest check-ins/check-outs, and rapid resolution of property issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Handling & Check-Ins: Coordinate guest arrivals, conduct smooth check-ins and key handovers, handle identity verifications, and serve as the direct contact for guest requests during their stay.
- Housekeeping & Cleanliness Standards: Directly supervise or execute property turnover between bookings, ensuring linen changes, deep cleaning, and hotel-grade presentation.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor and restock guest amenities, cleaning supplies, and essential toiletries across all managed properties.
- Maintenance Coordination: Inspect units regularly for electrical, plumbing,



or appliance issues and coordinate swift repairs with local technicians.
- PG Facility Management: Ensure regular upkeep of common areas, timely utility checks, and enforce house rules for long-term PG residents.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 2 years in hospitality operations, boutique guest houses, short-term rentals, or PG management.
- Ownership Mindset: Ability to work independently and manage property turnovers without constant supervision.
- Communication: Courteous and professional interpersonal skills in local language and basic English/Hindi for guest handling.
- Mobility: Must have a valid two-wheeler and driving license for local site-to-site travel.
- Availability: Adaptable schedule, including weekends and public holidays when check-ins are peak.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
