Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, bank reconciliation, vendor payments, MIS reporting, statutory compliance, and financial record maintenance.

The candidate will be responsible for independently managing accounting activities and ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial transactions and reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Handle sales and purchase booking and maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor banking transactions.
- Manage vendor payments and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Monitor sales revenue, liabilities, expenses, and other financial data.
- Assist in forecasting costs and revenues.
- Manage and monitor GST and TDS returns and payments.




- Coordinate and support custom clearance-related accounting activities.
- Monitor accounting discrepancies and take corrective action where required.
- Support internal audits and provide required financial documentation.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Provide financial information and reports to management for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.
- Independently handle the accounts and financial reporting of the assigned company/unit.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Hands-on experience in bank reconciliation and vendor payment management.
- Good knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
- Knowledge of sales and purchase accounting.
- Experience in preparing MIS and financial reports.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage accounting activities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
