Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Sourcing

- Manage end-to-end procurement of fruits and vegetables from farmers, suppliers, aggregators, and wholesale markets.
- Identify and develop reliable suppliers and sourcing channels.
- Ensure consistent availability of products as per business requirements.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality parameters, and commercial agreements with suppliers

· Ensure procurement is done at competitive market prices while maintaining required quality.

· Ensure fruits and vegetables meet defined quality, freshness, size, grade, and packaging standards.





· Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, vendors, suppliers, and market partners.

- Develop current vendors to strengthen the supplies.

Job Purpose

· The Manager – Buyer (Fruits & Vegetables) will be responsible for sourcing, procurement, vendor management, pricing, quality, availability, and inventory planning of fresh fruits and vegetables. This role requires strong knowledge of the fresh produce market, excellent supplier relationships, negotiation skills, and the ability to ensure the right quality and quantity of products are available at competitive prices

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
