About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Travel Consultant to join Privara Luxury Journeys. Key Responsibilities
- Handle End-to-End Client Communication: Manage calls and communication with clients from the initial travel enquiry through to booking confirmation.
- Understand Client Requirements: Identify the client's travel preferences, budget, interests, expectations and special requirements to create a personalized travel experience.
- Lead Follow-Up & Conversion: Maintain consistent and professional follow-ups with prospective clients, address their queries, manage negotiations and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with DMCs: Work closely with our Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and suppliers to obtain availability, itineraries, hotel options, experiences, transportation and competitive quotations.
- Quotation Management: Request and evaluate quotations from DMCs based on the client's requirements and ensure all relevant details are accurately captured.
- Proposal Preparation: Coordinate internally for customized itineraries and quotations and share them with clients in a clear, professional, and timely manner.
- Client Servicing: Maintain regular communication with clients, provide updates, handle revisions, and ensure a smooth experience throughout the sales process.
- Negotiation & Closing: Follow up strategically, negotiate where required, overcome client concerns, and drive enquiries toward confirmation.
- Operations Coordination: Once a booking is confirmed, coordinate with the operations team and DMCs to ensure a smooth handover and accurate execution of the itinerary.
- Maintain Lead Records:
Keep client information, follow-ups, quotations, booking status, and lead progress updated in the company's CRM or internal tracking system.
- Build Strong Partner Relationships: Develop effective working relationships with DMCs, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure efficient communication and service delivery.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance the client's journey through premium hotels, unique experiences, upgrades, transfers and other relevant travel services.
- Ensure Service Excellence: Represent Privara Luxury Journeys professionally at every stage and maintain the high standards expected from a luxury travel company.
