Job Summary

Efox Consultancy Services LLP is hiring Staff Nurses on behalf of a leading senior-care organisation in Coimbatore. The role involves providing quality nursing care to residents and supporting the clinical team in maintaining high standards of patient care, safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide bedside nursing care and monitor residents regularly.
- Check and record vital signs and maintain accurate nursing documentation.
- Administer prescribed medications and IV therapies as required.
- Assist doctors and clinical staff during rounds and procedures.
- Monitor residents for changes in physical condition and promptly escalate concerns.
- Maintain medication charts,



nursing notes and other patient records.
- Follow infection control, hygiene and patient safety protocols.
- Assist with admissions, transfers and discharge procedures.
- Provide appropriate guidance and support to residents and their families.
- Ensure proper handover/takeover during shift changes.
- Handle clinical equipment appropriately and report any issues.
- Participate in training and maintain compliance with nursing protocols.

Candidate Requirements

- ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
- 1–5 years of relevant clinical nursing experience
- Valid Nursing Council registration
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong patient-care orientation and qualified conduct
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment

Preferred: Candidates with experience in hospitals, nursing homes, geriatric care or senior-care settings will be preferred.

Work Location: Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
