Healstrong Private Limited is a pharmaceutical and nutraceutical company based in Rohtak, Haryana. We work with healthcare products and business clients across India, with a sales team focused on building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

We are looking for a Tele Calling Executive Intern to join our sales team for a 2-month on-site internship.

Your primary responsibility will be to call clients and prospects who have previously shown interest in Healstrong but have not responded to our follow-ups for some time. Once a client answers and is interested in continuing the conversation, you will connect the client with the respective sales executive.

This is a practical, hands-on opportunity to learn how lead follow-up and customer communication work in a real pharmaceutical business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Call existing leads and previously interested clients from Healstrong's database.
- Reconnect with clients who have not responded to our calls or follow-ups for an extended period.
- Introduce yourself and Healstrong professionally during the call.
- Understand whether the client is still interested in speaking with our team.
- Identify clients who are responsive and interested in continuing the discussion.
- Transfer interested clients to the respective sales executive for further conversation.
- Maintain basic records of calls and client responses.
- Update the sales team regarding interested, uninterested, unreachable, or follow-up-required clients.
- Follow the calling process and instructions provided by the sales team.




- Maintain professional and polite communication with every client.

Important: This Is Not a Closing Role

You will not be responsible for independently closing orders with clients.

Your core responsibility is simple:

Reconnect → Identify Interest → Transfer the Interested Client to the Sales Executive

You will be trained on the calling process and will work with the existing sales team.

Who Can Apply?

We are looking for candidates who:

- Are students, freshers, or recent graduates.
- Have good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Are comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Are confident and polite in conversations.
- Can handle repeated follow-up calls consistently.
- Have basic computer knowledge.
- Can follow a structured calling process.
- Can commit to the complete 2-month internship.

Candidates pursuing BBA, B.Com, MBA, or other relevant courses are welcome to apply. Candidates from other educational backgrounds with good communication skills may also be considered.

Working Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday




Attendance: 3 days per week
Stipend: ₹3,000 total for the complete 2-month internship
Certificate: Provided upon successful completion of the internship

Shift Timings

There are two shifts:

Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM

The weekly schedule will be:

- Monday: Morning Shift — 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Wednesday: Afternoon Shift — 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM
- Friday: Morning Shift — 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Candidates are required to attend all three scheduled days every week.

Full-time consideration will depend on factors such as communication skills, consistency, attendance, professionalism, and overall performance during the internship.
