Senior Immigration Consultant

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Immigration Consultant to assess client profiles, recommend suitable immigration pathways, and manage clients throughout the immigration process.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed consultations and assess client eligibility.
- Analyze education, work experience, age, language proficiency, and other profile factors.
- Explain suitable immigration programs and application procedures to clients.
- Handle client cases from initial consultation through documentation and application stages.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with documentation, legal, and processing teams.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and provide case updates.
- Handle client queries and resolve case-related concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate case records and update CRM systems.
- Support the team in achieving monthly business and conversion targets.




- Stay updated on relevant immigration policies and program changes.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in immigration consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of Canada immigration programs; knowledge of Australia or other destinations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong counselling, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive documentation and organizational skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client cases.
- Good English communication skills; Malayalam proficiency is an advantage.
