Key Responsibilities:

- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the women’s ethnic wear section.
- Manage categories such as sarees, suits, kurtis, lehengas, dupattas, and other ethnic apparel.
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and section targets.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion, average transaction value, and other retail KPIs.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries and escalations effectively.
- Maintain proper stock availability, size-wise assortment, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor rapid-moving and slow-moving merchandise and coordinate with the Store Manager/merchandising team for stock requirements.
- Ensure attractive product presentation and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain section hygiene, housekeeping, product folding/display, signage,



and overall store standards.
- Conduct regular stock checks and support stock audits and cycle counts.
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to improve category performance.
- Coordinate with the alteration, billing, warehouse, and other store teams as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, security procedures, and loss-prevention standards.
- Stay updated on customer preferences, seasonal trends, new collections, and competitor activity.
- Support promotional events, festive campaigns, launches, and other retail initiatives.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
