Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of the premises, employees, visitors, tenants, and assets at Global Properties – Maple High Street. The candidate will be responsible for supervising security operations, maintaining discipline, monitoring access, and ensuring compliance with security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor all security guards and security personnel.
- Ensure proper deployment of guards at all designated entry, exit, parking, and other security points.
- Monitor visitor, employee, vendor, and vehicle movement within the premises.
- Maintain strict access control and ensure unauthorized persons do not enter restricted areas.
- Conduct regular security rounds and inspections of the property.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
- Maintain daily security reports, incident reports, visitor records, and other required documentation.
- Ensure proper checking of vehicles, materials, and goods entering or leaving the premises.
- Coordinate with the HR, Facility, Maintenance, and Operations teams regarding security-related matters.
- Handle security incidents, emergencies, theft, disputes, unauthorized entry,



and other situations promptly.
- Ensure security guards follow proper uniform, grooming, attendance, and discipline standards.
- Conduct regular briefings and training for security guards regarding SOPs and emergency procedures.
- Coordinate with police, fire services, or other emergency authorities whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and standard operating procedures.
- Report any security lapse, negligence, or unusual activity immediately to management.
- Assist management in maintaining a safe and secure environment across the property.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in a mall, commercial property, hotel, residential complex, or similar environment.
- Experience in security team supervision and access control.
- Good knowledge of CCTV monitoring and basic security procedures.
- Solid communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle emergency and difficult situations calmly.
- Physically fit, disciplined, and responsible.
- Basic knowledge of report writing and documentation.
- Candidates with experience in mall/property/hotel security operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Security: 2 years (Required)
- Staff training: 1 year (Required)
