About the Role

Wildnet Technologies is looking for a TikTok Shop Specialist with hands-on experience in the Affiliate side of TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge of managing affiliate activities, identifying and working with creators, and supporting TikTok Shop growth.

The candidate should also be interested in expanding their expertise into Paid Social activation and learning how paid media can complement TikTok Shop and affiliate strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support TikTok Shop Affiliate activities and day-to-day operations.
- Identify, research, and coordinate with relevant TikTok creators, affiliates, and influencers.
- Support affiliate onboarding, product promotion, creator outreach, and campaign execution.
- Monitor affiliate performance, sales, orders, commissions, and overall campaign results.
- Analyze TikTok Shop and affiliate performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure products, offers, and campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
- Stay updated with TikTok Shop trends, creator commerce, affiliate marketing, and platform updates.
- Assist in developing strategies to increase product visibility, affiliate participation, and conversions.




- Work closely with the Paid Social team and gradually develop an understanding of Paid Social activation and campaign execution.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in TikTok Shop, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Social Commerce.
- Hands-on experience with the TikTok Shop Affiliate ecosystem is mandatory.
- Understanding of TikTok Shop creator/affiliate onboarding and campaign processes.
- Experience working with creators, affiliates, or influencers is preferred.
- Good understanding of social commerce and performance-driven marketing.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Willingness and ability to learn Paid Social activation.

Valuable to Have

- Exposure to TikTok Ads Manager / Paid Social.
- Experience with other affiliate or creator-commerce platforms.
- Understanding of ecommerce KPIs such as GMV, CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPA, commissions, and conversion rate.
- Experience working with US/UK or other international ecommerce markets.
